Find Uhcsr Betterhelp… just how much that actually is just me having a problem opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time but back here so I simply wished to provide some like final thoughts I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to provide a quick summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a great service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit difficult if you have some issues that are look I think it’s truly helpful for like stress type of stuff and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I guess I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um however I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to state that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer season here so generally I think it’s actually great if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually hectic job or something like that I think also another truly great really terrific candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance coverage is actually spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be insured anyhow however like I need to work out some insurance things before I even like think of this so I mean I think it’s a fantastic service I have actually seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I actually like I see all of her videos and she discussed it but I do not remember what that a person was called I can place it here again and that resembles something similar so if you want to look into that a person to compare them the factor I ended up getting talk area was because my sweetheart was kind of pushing me to do something to do treatment due to the fact that he understood that I was going through a lot of stress so so he kind of was the one who was saying hey you ought to actually speak with somebody and he learnt about talk area and so that was the one that he actually suggested me to use that he for he’s heard a great deal of like good ideas about but again like it’s actually like talked about a lot through sponsorships and that’s practically the only method I’ve ever heard of it I have not really heard of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to publish this however yeah I believe it’s I think it’s a fantastic service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I think like I was kind of starting to say prior to if you have much deeper concerns if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad anxiety I believe that it is necessary to be seeing somebody face to face especially if it’s you understand things that it’s just it’s it’s more difficult to discuss more thorough problems there’s something I have actually type of observed like clearly these are deep.

problems since they resemble things of your mind and they’re things that resemble worrying you or things that are making depressed or anxious but I tend to find that it’s a bit much better for just more I’m really anxious about starting a brand-new job I am actually distressed about you understand graduating going to school you know stuff like that that’s not really like existential things um but like I said if you are experiencing more just you’re going through some stuff then I believe it would be terrific um it also depends upon like how comfy you are like talking with a phone like I understand that that sounds unusual but like do you video chat with your good friends do you you understand what I mean because if you do not then I feel like it’s gon na be truly odd like you holding up a phone or like talking to your laptop due to the fact that it’s gon na resemble this strange like synthetic thing but like if you’re used to that then it’s sort of like all right whatever like this is normal that’s something I observed I do talk on facetiming a bit so I seem like I’m sort of used to it but I felt like when I was doing it this would be strange if I didn’t um so yeah like I stated I would definitely advise it to any person who takes a trip like full-time since that would be remarkable like then you could really have therapy if that’s not something that is an option to you.
