issues because they’re like things of your mind and they’re things that are like stressing you or things that are making depressed or distressed but I tend to find that it’s a bit better for simply more I’m actually anxious about beginning a new task I am truly distressed about you understand finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not really like existential things um however like I stated if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some things then I think it would be excellent um it also depends upon like how comfortable you resemble talking to a phone like I know that that sounds strange but like do you video chat with your friends do you you know what I mean since if you do not then I seem like it’s gon na be actually weird like you holding up a phone or like speaking to your laptop since it’s gon na resemble this odd like artificial thing but like if you’re used to that then it’s type of like all right whatever like this is typical that’s something I saw I do talk on facetiming a bit so I feel like I’m type of utilized to it but I seemed like when I was doing it this would be odd if I didn’t um so yeah like I said I would certainly advise it to anyone who takes a trip like full-time since that would be remarkable like then you might really have treatment if that’s not something that is an option to you.
