Find Old Tos Betterhelp… just how much that really is simply me having an issue opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time however back here so I simply wanted to give some like final thoughts I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to provide a short overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit hard if you have some concerns that are appearance I think it’s really great for like tension type of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I ought to’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um but I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summertime here so essentially I think it’s really excellent if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a truly busy task or something like that I believe also another actually excellent really great prospect to use talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t. issues due to the fact that they’re like things of your mind and they’re things that resemble worrying you or things that are making depressed or distressed but I tend to find that it’s a little bit much better for just more I’m actually distressed about beginning a brand-new job I am truly nervous about you know graduating going to school you know stuff like that that’s not really like existential things um but like I said if you are experiencing more just you’re going through some stuff then I think it would be terrific um it also depends on like how comfy you resemble talking with a phone like I know that that sounds odd but like do you video chat with your buddies do you you understand what I mean because if you do not then I feel like it’s gon na be truly odd like you holding up a phone or like speaking to your laptop computer since it’s gon na be like this weird like artificial thing but like if you’re used to that then it’s kind of like all right whatever like this is normal that’s something I noticed I do talk on facetiming a bit so I seem like I’m kind of utilized to it but I felt like when I was doing it this would be odd if I didn’t um so yeah like I said I would absolutely suggest it to anyone who takes a trip like full-time since that would be incredible like then you could actually have therapy if that’s not something that is a choice to you.
