Find Kintinue Betterhelp… how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong at the same time but back here so I just wanted to give some like last thoughts I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to offer a quick overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s really good for like tension kind of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not small however like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I guess I ought to’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to say that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summertime here so essentially I think it’s really good if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually busy job or something like that I believe also another actually terrific actually great candidate to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance coverage is truly spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be guaranteed anyway but like I require to exercise some insurance things before I even like consider this so I imply I think it’s a terrific service I have seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk space and then there’s another one that a youtuber I truly like I watch all of her videos and she talked about it but I don’t remember what that a person was called I can place it here again which’s like something similar so if you want to check out that one to compare them the factor I wound up getting talk area was because my partner was type of pressing me to do something to do treatment due to the fact that he understood that I was going through a lot of stress so so he kind of was the one who was saying hey you must actually speak to somebody and he understood about talk area therefore that was the one that he really suggested me to use that he for he’s heard a great deal of like advantages about but once again like it’s really like spoken about a lot through sponsorships and that’s basically the only method I’ve ever heard of it I have not really heard of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to post this however yeah I think it’s I think it’s an excellent service for what it is I think it’s not for everyone though um and I think like I was sort of starting to state prior to if you have much deeper concerns if you have bad anxiety if you have bad anxiety I believe that it’s important to be seeing someone in person specifically if it’s you understand things that it’s simply it’s it’s harder to speak about more thorough problems there’s something I have actually kind of discovered like clearly these are deep.

concerns since they resemble things of your mind and they’re things that are like stressing you or things that are making depressed or anxious but I tend to find that it’s a little bit much better for simply more I’m actually distressed about starting a brand-new job I am really distressed about you know finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not really like existential things um however like I said if you are experiencing more just you’re going through some stuff then I believe it would be fantastic um it also depends on like how comfortable you resemble talking with a phone like I know that that sounds odd however like do you video chat with your buddies do you you know what I indicate because if you do not then I feel like it’s gon na be really unusual like you holding up a phone or like talking with your laptop computer because it’s gon na be like this unusual like synthetic thing however like if you’re used to that then it’s kind of like okay whatever like this is regular that’s something I discovered I do talk on facetiming a bit so I feel like I’m type of utilized to it however I felt like when I was doing it this would be strange if I didn’t um so yeah like I said I would certainly advise it to anybody who takes a trip like full-time since that would be amazing like then you could really have treatment if that’s not something that is a choice to you.
