Find Httpshttps://Www.Bobbylewisquarterhorses.Horse//Betterhelp… just how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time however back here so I simply wished to provide some like final thoughts I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to offer a quick overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some issues that are appearance I think it’s really good for like tension kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not small however like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I guess I must’ve said that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summertime here so generally I think it’s truly great if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually busy job or something like that I believe likewise another truly excellent really great prospect to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t. personally discovered a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance coverage is truly spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be guaranteed anyhow but like I require to exercise some insurance things prior to I even like think about this so I mean I think it’s a fantastic service I have seen a great deal of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I truly love I see all of her videos and she discussed it but I do not remember what that a person was called I can insert it here once again which’s like something similar so if you want to check out that a person to compare them the factor I ended up getting talk space was since my partner was sort of pressing me to do something to do treatment due to the fact that he knew that I was going through a great deal of tension so so he kind of was the one who was saying hey you should actually talk with someone and he knew about talk area and so that was the one that he truly recommended me to use that he for he’s heard a great deal of like advantages about but once again like it’s actually like talked about a lot through sponsorships and that’s pretty much the only method I’ve ever become aware of it I haven’t actually become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to post this but yeah I think it’s I think it’s a great service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I think like I was type of starting to state before if you have much deeper concerns if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad depression I think that it is essential to be seeing someone face to face especially if it’s you understand things that it’s just it’s it’s more difficult to talk about more extensive concerns there’s something I’ve type of observed like certainly these are deep.

concerns because they’re like things of your mind and they’re things that are like stressing you or things that are making depressed or distressed but I tend to find that it’s a bit better for just more I’m actually nervous about starting a new task I am really distressed about you understand finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not actually like existential things um but like I said if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some stuff then I believe it would be terrific um it also depends upon like how comfy you are like talking to a phone like I understand that that sounds strange however like do you video chat with your good friends do you you know what I suggest because if you don’t then I seem like it’s gon na be actually unusual like you holding up a phone or like talking to your laptop computer since it’s gon na be like this odd like synthetic thing but like if you’re used to that then it’s type of like all right whatever like this is regular that’s something I discovered I do talk on facetiming a bit so I seem like I’m type of used to it however I seemed like when I was doing it this would be strange if I didn’t um so yeah like I said I would absolutely advise it to anyone who takes a trip like full-time because that would be remarkable like then you could actually have treatment if that’s not something that is a choice to you.
