Betterhelp Phi – Battle Depression

Find Betterhelp Phi… just how much that actually is just me having an issue opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing simultaneously but back here so I simply wished to provide some like last thoughts I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to give a quick summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a great service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit difficult if you have some concerns that are appearance I believe it’s actually great for like tension kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I guess I need to’ve said that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to state that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summertime here so essentially I think it’s actually great if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have a really hectic job or something like that I believe likewise another actually fantastic truly excellent prospect to utilize talk area would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance coverage is really spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be insured anyhow however like I need to exercise some insurance coverage things before I even like think about this so I mean I believe it’s a terrific service I have actually seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk space and then there’s another one that a youtuber I truly enjoy I enjoy all of her videos and she spoke about it but I don’t remember what that one was called I can insert it here again which’s like something similar so if you want to look into that one to compare them the reason I wound up getting talk area was because my sweetheart was sort of pressing me to do something to do therapy because he understood that I was going through a great deal of tension so so he sort of was the one who was stating hey you need to actually speak with someone and he learnt about talk space and so that was the one that he really suggested me to utilize that he for he’s heard a great deal of like good things about but again like it’s actually like spoken about a lot through sponsorships which’s pretty much the only method I have actually ever become aware of it I have not actually heard of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to post this however yeah I believe it’s I think it’s a great service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I think like I was type of starting to say before if you have much deeper issues if you have bad anxiety if you have bad depression I believe that it is essential to be seeing someone in person specifically if it’s you know things that it’s just it’s it’s harder to talk about more extensive concerns there’s something I’ve kind of noticed like undoubtedly these are deep.

issues because they’re like things of your mind and they’re things that are like stressing you or things that are making depressed or nervous however I tend to discover that it’s a little bit better for just more I’m truly anxious about beginning a brand-new task I am truly distressed about you know graduating going to school you know stuff like that that’s not actually like existential things um but like I stated if you are experiencing more just you’re going through some stuff then I think it would be fantastic um it likewise depends on like how comfy you resemble talking to a phone like I know that that sounds strange but like do you video chat with your pals do you you understand what I suggest since if you don’t then I feel like it’s gon na be really odd like you holding up a phone or like talking to your laptop computer since it’s gon na be like this strange like artificial thing however like if you’re used to that then it’s kind of like alright whatever like this is typical that’s something I observed I do talk on facetiming a bit so I seem like I’m kind of used to it however I seemed like when I was doing it this would be strange if I didn’t um so yeah like I said I would absolutely suggest it to anybody who travels like full-time because that would be remarkable like then you could really have treatment if that’s not something that is a choice to you.
