Om… just how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at once but back here so I simply wished to give some like last ideas I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to give a quick summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a great service I think it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit tough if you have some issues that are look I think it’s actually great for like tension kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have actually like been just having a lot of like think you’re not little however like smaller sized things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I think I should’ve said that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I truly like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so essentially I believe it’s actually good if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a truly busy task or something like that I think also another truly great actually great candidate to use talk area would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I likewise do not like insurance is truly spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be guaranteed anyhow however like I need to exercise some insurance stuff before I even like think of this so I suggest I believe it’s an excellent service I have actually seen a great deal of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk space and after that there’s another one that a youtuber I actually love I enjoy all of her videos and she talked about it but I don’t remember what that a person was called I can place it here once again which’s like something similar so if you wish to look into that one to compare them the reason I wound up getting talk space was because my partner was kind of pressing me to do something to do therapy due to the fact that he understood that I was going through a lot of tension so so he sort of was the one who was saying hey you need to truly talk with somebody and he understood about talk space therefore that was the one that he really recommended me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like good ideas about but again like it’s really like discussed a lot through sponsorships which’s practically the only method I have actually ever become aware of it I haven’t actually become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to post this but yeah I think it’s I believe it’s an excellent service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I think like I was type of beginning to state prior to if you have deeper concerns if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad depression I think that it’s important to be seeing someone face to face specifically if it’s you know things that it’s simply it’s it’s more difficult to talk about more extensive issues there’s something I’ve sort of seen like clearly these are deep.
problems due to the fact that they resemble things of your mind and they’re things that resemble stressing you or things that are making distressed or depressed however I tend to find that it’s a little bit much better for simply more I’m truly anxious about starting a brand-new task I am actually distressed about you know finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not truly like existential things um but like I stated if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some things then I think it would be fantastic um it likewise depends upon like how comfy you are like talking with a phone like I understand that that sounds odd but like do you video chat with your friends do you you understand what I indicate since if you do not then I feel like it’s gon na be actually strange like you holding up a phone or like speaking with your laptop since it’s gon na resemble this unusual like synthetic thing but like if you’re used to that then it’s sort of like alright whatever like this is regular that’s something I discovered I do talk on facetiming a bit so I feel like I’m kind of utilized to it but I felt like when I was doing it this would be unusual if I didn’t um so yeah like I said I would absolutely suggest it to anyone who travels like full-time since that would be incredible like then you might really have therapy if that’s not something that is an option to you.
