Find Betterhelp Medium… how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing simultaneously however back here so I just wanted to offer some like last ideas I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to offer a quick introduction and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit tough if you have some problems that are look I believe it’s really good for like stress kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not small however like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I think I need to’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summer season here so basically I think it’s actually good if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a really busy job or something like that I think also another truly fantastic really great candidate to utilize talk area would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t. problems since they resemble things of your mind and they’re things that are like stressing you or things that are making depressed or distressed but I tend to find that it’s a bit much better for just more I’m really nervous about starting a new task I am actually anxious about you know graduating going to school you know stuff like that that’s not actually like existential things um but like I stated if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some stuff then I believe it would be excellent um it also depends on like how comfy you resemble speaking with a phone like I understand that that sounds odd however like do you video chat with your pals do you you know what I mean since if you don’t then I feel like it’s gon na be really weird like you holding up a phone or like speaking with your laptop due to the fact that it’s gon na be like this weird like synthetic thing but like if you’re utilized to that then it’s sort of like okay whatever like this is typical that’s something I noticed I do talk on facetiming a bit so I feel like I’m type of used to it but I seemed like when I was doing it this would be strange if I didn’t um so yeah like I stated I would certainly suggest it to any person who takes a trip like full-time because that would be remarkable like then you could actually have treatment if that’s not something that is an option to you.
