Find Betterhelp Junior Developer… how much that really is just me having a problem opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at the same time but back here so I simply wanted to offer some like final thoughts I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to offer a brief introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s truly good for like tension type of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have actually like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I must’ve said that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I really like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so generally I think it’s really good if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly busy job or something like that I think also another really great actually great prospect to use talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I haven’t. issues due to the fact that they resemble things of your mind and they’re things that resemble worrying you or things that are making anxious or depressed but I tend to find that it’s a little bit better for just more I’m truly anxious about beginning a brand-new task I am truly nervous about you understand graduating going to school you know stuff like that that’s not really like existential things um however like I stated if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some things then I believe it would be terrific um it likewise depends upon like how comfortable you are like speaking with a phone like I understand that that sounds odd but like do you video chat with your good friends do you you understand what I mean since if you do not then I seem like it’s gon na be truly odd like you holding up a phone or like speaking to your laptop computer since it’s gon na resemble this weird like synthetic thing however like if you’re utilized to that then it’s kind of like okay whatever like this is regular that’s something I saw I do talk on facetiming a bit so I seem like I’m kind of utilized to it however I felt like when I was doing it this would be weird if I didn’t um so yeah like I said I would definitely suggest it to anybody who travels like full-time since that would be awesome like then you could actually have therapy if that’s not something that is an option to you.
