Find Betterhelp Hipaa… just how much that really is just me having a problem opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at once but back here so I just wanted to give some like final thoughts I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a brief introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit hard if you have some issues that are appearance I think it’s truly great for like tension type of things and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a lot of like think you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I guess I must’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summertime here so generally I think it’s actually great if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a really busy task or something like that I think likewise another truly great actually excellent candidate to use talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t. problems due to the fact that they’re like things of your mind and they’re things that are like worrying you or things that are making depressed or nervous however I tend to find that it’s a bit better for just more I’m truly distressed about beginning a new task I am really nervous about you know finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not truly like existential things um but like I said if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some stuff then I think it would be great um it also depends on like how comfortable you are like talking with a phone like I know that that sounds odd but like do you video chat with your pals do you you know what I suggest due to the fact that if you don’t then I feel like it’s gon na be really odd like you holding up a phone or like talking to your laptop computer due to the fact that it’s gon na resemble this weird like artificial thing however like if you’re utilized to that then it’s kind of like okay whatever like this is normal that’s something I noticed I do talk on facetiming a bit so I feel like I’m sort of utilized to it however I seemed like when I was doing it this would be strange if I didn’t um so yeah like I stated I would absolutely suggest it to anyone who travels like full-time because that would be awesome like then you could really have therapy if that’s not something that is an option to you.
