concerns since they’re like things of your mind and they’re things that are like worrying you or things that are making depressed or distressed however I tend to find that it’s a little bit much better for just more I’m really anxious about beginning a new job I am truly anxious about you know finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not really like existential things um but like I said if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some stuff then I think it would be terrific um it likewise depends upon like how comfy you are like talking with a phone like I know that that sounds unusual but like do you video chat with your friends do you you know what I suggest due to the fact that if you don’t then I feel like it’s gon na be actually strange like you holding up a phone or like speaking with your laptop computer due to the fact that it’s gon na be like this unusual like artificial thing but like if you’re used to that then it’s kind of like okay whatever like this is normal that’s something I observed I do talk on facetiming a bit so I seem like I’m sort of utilized to it however I seemed like when I was doing it this would be odd if I didn’t um so yeah like I said I would absolutely suggest it to anybody who takes a trip like full-time since that would be incredible like then you might in fact have therapy if that’s not something that is a choice to you.
